Custom Print-on-Demand Products

All HappyTeeFriends products are custom printed on demand just for you. Because each item is made to order, all sales are final and non-returnable, except as described below for faulty items.

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items – 30-Day Guarantee

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will make it right with a full refund or replacement — your choice.

To start a claim, email us at assasinx4mod@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or color preference. Please check our size charts carefully before ordering!

Refunds

Approved refunds for faulty items will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Exchanges

For defective, damaged, or wrong items, we will send a replacement at no cost to you once your claim is approved — no need to return the faulty item unless we specifically request it.
